Meet the Author

Australian author K.D. Brynmore is a self-professed book dragon with an unapologetic obsession for hoarding books.

With a career spanning twenty years of print journalism and editing, storytelling has always been her forte - she just spent most of it telling other people’s stories.

But now it’s her turn to write the lifelong tales that have been living inside her head.

K.D. Brynmore is based in the northern suburbs of Western Australia, and Stir of Embers is her debut novel.

It’s the first in a planned trilogy.
